Eda Gungor/Seva Bhagti Kaur owns and operates Life’n One - an urban retreat, a hidden oasis in Dubai, where you can take time for yourself to relax, rejuvenate, and find balance (lifenone.com).
Not only is this a yummy cafe with an amazing plant-based menu (free from MSGs, GMOs, Gluten, Soy, Refined Sugar and Trans Fats), but it is also a spiritual center in the shadows of Dubai's sprawling steel sky scrapers. They offer classes in yoga, healing sessions, workshops, crystals, and talks on various health and wellness modalities. According to Eda, the healing you need is the one you receive, so they don't subscribe to one method.
In short, this place is special.
